Pay Online
Click the "Pay Your Bill Now" button. The first time you will register with (ID=RT19553) and (your account number) after that, payments are an easy 3-step process.
Payment Service Network shuts down on the 27th of each month to update the new billing and the 1st of each month, it's up and running.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. We accept checks or money orders.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off, mail it to our office, email office@murrayrwd1.com or helpdesk@murrayrwd1.com, along with a voided check. Call the office for further details.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders or credit cards. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Pay By Phone
Call-toll-free 1-877-885-7968 and choose option 3 . Make sure to have your bill handy to provide your customer account number and RWD#1 ID (RT19553).
Good To Know- When Paying Online, via Mobile or by Phone
- You may make a payment between the 1st and 27th of the month.
- Convenience fee of $1.10 for checks and 3.00% fee for credit cards.
- You can pay immediately, schedule a payment for a future date or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill by credit card,checking or savings account.
- You can print receipts, view past payments, see status of payments, stop Auto-Pay (online only)
Payment by Night Drop
We have a safe, convenient Night Drop Box, located on the South side of the rural water office building by the drive through window. We accept checks or money orders.
NOTICE: If your service has been disconnected because of unpaid bill, you MUST pay at the office before 4:00 p.m. to have service reconnected. If payment is made after 4:00 p.m. service will be reconnected the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
